This Privacy Policy explains what personal data calculadora-espana.com (the "Site"), operated by Max Fischer, contact email [email protected], processes and why.
The data you enter into the calculators (salary, family situation, and any other figures used to produce a result) is processed entirely in your own browser and is never sent to any server. I never see it, never store it, and never have access to it at any point. You can use any calculator on the Site without that data ever leaving your device.

Cloudflare Web Analytics doesn't use cookies or local storage to identify you, and doesn't build an individual profile of your visit. The data I receive is aggregated — for example, "this calculator had X visits this week" — never tied to you as an identifiable person.
This Site displays advertising through Google AdSense. Once advertising is active, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads personalized to your browsing activity. Before those cookies are set for visitors in Spain and the EU, the Site will show a cookie notice where you can accept, reject, or configure which cookie categories you allow.

Where these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, they rely on transfer mechanisms recognized under GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data entered into calculators is never retained, because it never reaches my servers. Emails you send me are kept for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, unless the law requires otherwise, are deleted after a reasonable period.
As a user in Spain or the EU, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability where applicable. Since most of the data you interact with on the Site never reaches my servers, these rights apply in practice mainly to emails you send me directly.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es if you believe your data isn't being handled in line with applicable law.
The Site is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect data from minors.
